BadgeMe is a product of SIA Wow Labs, registration No. 40203612828, with its registered office at 1905. gada iela 1, Kuldīga, LV-3301, Latvia. By accessing or using BadgeMe (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

02Description of Service

BadgeMe is a professional event networking platform designed to facilitate connections between attendees at conferences, trade shows, and professional events. The Service provides features including:

03User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users.

05User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or share on BadgeMe, such as your profile information and messages. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service.

You are responsible for the content you share and confirm that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

06Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of BadgeMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and your attendee data is stored within the European Union.

07Professional Conduct

BadgeMe is a professional networking environment. We expect all users to interact respectfully and professionally. Connection requests and messages should be relevant and courteous. Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour is not tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

08Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular networking or business outcome will be achieved through your use of it.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIA Wow Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
