How does BadgeMe pricing work?

BadgeMe is priced per event, not as a recurring subscription. You pay once for the plan that fits your attendee count — there are no monthly fees.

Is there a free plan or trial?

There’s no free tier. The best way to evaluate BadgeMe is to book a demo, where we’ll walk you through the platform and help you pick the right plan.

What if my event is larger than my plan allows?

Starter covers up to 100 attendees and Basic up to 500. Professional has no attendee limit, so it scales to events of any size. If you’re between tiers or have special requirements, get in touch for a custom quote.

Does BadgeMe sell event tickets?

No. BadgeMe handles registration, check-in, badging, live streaming, and networking — it is not a ticketing platform, so you keep using whatever ticketing tool you already have.

Where is my attendee data stored?

Within the European Union. BadgeMe is GDPR-native by design, so your attendee data stays in the EU.
