Throughout this Privacy Policy, references to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean SIA Wow Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the BadgeMe professional event networking platform.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve BadgeMe and to provide the features you request. Specifically, we use your information to:

- Enable networking, connection requests, and QR-based profile exchange between attendees.
- Power real-time messaging, meeting scheduling, and availability management.
- Personalize networking suggestions and surface relevant events.
- Send service communications such as confirmations, security alerts, and support replies.
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Analyze usage to understand and improve how the Service performs.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
04Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- With other users: your profile and networking details are shared with attendees you connect or exchange profiles with, according to your settings.
- With event organizers: where you register for or attend an event, relevant information may be shared with that event’s organizer to facilitate your participation.
- With service providers: trusted third parties that host and operate the Service process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and may use it only to provide services to us.

If we ever need to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to countries covered by an adequacy decision.
09Children’s Privacy
BadgeMe is a professional networking platform intended for business users and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@badgeme.eu and we will take steps to delete it.
10GDPR Compliance
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of your personal data. The data controller is SIA Wow Labs (Latvia).
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with our legal obligations.
